Fony is a letter font editor in bitmap format. It has support to open or import the following types of letter fonts:

* Windows bitmap fonts(FON, FNT).

* TrueType vector fonts.

* Amiga bitmap fonts.

* BDF bitmap fonts.

* Bitmap Font Writer bitmaps (BFW).

Fony can also generate, save or export the following font formats:

* Windows bitmap fonts(FON, FNT).

* BDF fonts.

* Bitmap Font Writer bitmaps (BFW).

* Personalized bitmaps.

The external aspect of Fony, via its interface, is very similar to most other graphic editors (with specific utilities and functions to control letter fonts).
